laura, the owner of TBSWAN didn't think a spiffy title was necessary when she opened up. she's more concerned with having the biggest collection of reading choices for you to pick from, and so far she's doing a great job. she also has a small (but growing) collection of video games and dvds to rent, but most people just stop by to pick up a novel, maybe cozy up in the reading corner with some coffee and an imaginary world.

this is a great little store where the hippies and earth-children of the area can find all sorts of eclectic doodads, like good-luck charms from tribes in africa, books on how to get closer to mother gaia, or simply someone who shares their interests to talk to.

amy's is the best store to go to when you need a pair of shoes. the converse fanatic can get their fix here, but so can the girly girl who simply wants yet another strappy pair of heels. amy caters to any style you could ask for, and she's always looking for suggestions on new brands to get.

this is a small, but ever-growing boutique run by two sisters (lacey and lulu, who'd have guessed it?). they strive to get new dresses and other frilly things in at least weekly, and lulu sometimes will even make custom orders for things like prom or homecoming.

THE electronics store. cell phones, televisions, laptops, stereos, cd's, gaming systems...you name it, you can get it here, and sometimes for a really good deal.

vector is the alternative store in the mall, the place where all the "different" kids go to get their music, makeup, and clothes. you won't find anything name brand in here, but there's a fair amount of black and chains available. Sometimes a band will stop by to play a set from one of their CDs sold in the store.

as you can guess from the oh-so-clever name, moe is the proud owner of this cafe. on Friday nights you can catch the poetry corner, or occasionally kareoke, but most people just come for the bagels and coffee.
